An Investment Property Forum survey of independent financial advisers shows that 40% have increased their recommendations to private investors to invest in commercial property in the last three months The average recommended allocation to property has also risen from 10% to 11%. Demand for property looks set to continue in the short term. One-third of advisers believe their clients have too little exposure to commercial property.
