Graham Stenning is a Chartered Surveyor and a Senior Director employed by the Royal Bank of Scotland within their Real Estate Finance Group since 2000. Qualified in 1989 at Weatherall Green & Smith (now AtisReal) and primarily involved with secured lending valuations and corporate valuations, including Royal Mail, BT and British Land. Moved to Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1994 working within the insolvency department. Notable transactions at PwC included the disposal of assets at telecom company Ionica Plc, retailer Mark One & the Crowded House Pub Company. At RBS Graham took on the role of a relationship manager prior to transferring to a transaction team dealing primarily with development projects. Significant projects to date include Arsenal Football Club, Paradise Street Liverpool, Fremlin Walk Maidstone, Cattle Market Bury St Edmunds, Spinningfields Manchester and a Ritz Carlton/Greg Norman hotel development in the Cayman Islands. Currently Graham is Head of the Development Monitoring & Advisory team at RBS.
