Ingeborg M. Warschke has been active in Real Estate since 1983. While at Chase in London and Frankfurt, DePfa Bank in Wiesbaden and in her present position as head of U.K. Real Estate Finance at Helaba in London, formerly International Real Estate in Frankfurt, she has been involved in international real estate finance for all asset classes in most European countries incl. Germany as well as the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Warschke is founder of the “German Women in Property Association.
