Michael Taylor has over 23 years experience in the financial services industry, with over 15 years working for leading banks directly in commercial real estate (CRE) lending via credit risk management, syndication, participation and origination across all asset classes. He enjoys extensive banking relationships. Currently he works for Deutsche Postbank in the Credit Risk Management team. Prior to this, he worked at Bank of Scotland just over three years as a Director of Syndication. Before that he was at Bank of Ireland for two and a half years in the London office focusing on CRE lending, having moved from a three year stint in Jersey working for Royal Bank of Scotland in the CRE team. Before moving to Jersey, he worked for Nationwide Building Society specialising in CRE, social housing and personal finance.

Michael lives in a small Essex village with his wife and enjoys the village life, being a Parish Councillor and Captain of the Parish golf society. His interests include classic sports cars, golf, gardening and cooking.
