Richard is Head of UK Real Estate Finance at Helaba, Landesbank Hesse Thüringia which belongs to the German savings bank network and has branches in Paris, London and New York. With new business of €10.2bn in 2009, Helaba now has a real estate lending portfolio of €37bn.

Richard is based in London and is responsible for all aspects of UK real estate finance. He has worked on a wide range of financing transactions across both the UK and Europe and has many years of experience in the real estate industry, most recently as Director of International Real Estate for Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.
