Richard has been a career banker with Barclays for over 35 years, undertaking a variety of roles across the retail and corporate divisions of Barclays, as well as in the investment banking arm, Barclays Capital. The last 17 years have been in key lending roles in property finance across all sectors and disciplines. Currently he is Head of Property Investment within the Property & Project Finance division of Barclays Corporate, with a mandate to expand the quality and size of the UK commercial property lending portfolio.
