Sally Hurst

Sally Hurst started work in the real estate finance sector as a graduate trainee with Nationwide Building Society, completing a number of placements across Commercial Division, including a lengthy stint with the Syndication team. In 2005 she became a Lending Manager within the Loan Participations team, developing a network of banking relationships and transacting participations in UK syndicated loans, before moving to the Structured Finance team to originate bespoke property finance loans.

Following this, she spent a year with Barclays Capital working on the Structured Syndicate desk, focusing on the syndication of UK and European real estate transactions before joining Deutche Genossenschafts-Hypothekenbank’s London office (DG Hyp) in January 2009. Her current role focuses on originating bilateral, club and syndicated real estate lending business.

Although now living in London, Sally hails from Lancashire and contrary to popular belief does not eat black pudding or own a whippet.
