Sally Hurst started work in the real estate finance sector in 2002 as a graduate trainee with Nationwide Building Society and completed a number of placements in Commercial Division, predominantly with the Syndication team. In 2005 she became a Lending Manager within the Loan Participations team, developing a network of banking relationships and transacting participations in UK syndicated loans, before moving to the Structured Finance team to originate bespoke property finance loans.

Following this, she spent a year with Barclays Capital working on the Structured Syndicate desk, focusing on the distribution of UK and European real estate transactions before moving to DG Hyp’s London office in January 2009.

Sally recently joined the London Real Estate team at Bayern LB where her current role focuses on originating bilateral, club and syndicated real estate lending business.
