Timothy Pygott, Manager Property Finance, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW), London Branch. Tim focuses both on real estate transaction origination and participation. Target assets are located in the UK and continental Europe. Tim works in close coordination with the London syndications desk and origination team based in Stuttgart. He joined LBBW in December 2007 having moved from Investec Principal Finance where he worked in loan origination with a focus on Continental Europe. Previously Tim spent 7 years at Aareal Bank in Wiesbaden on the syndications desk. He formerly worked for RBoS and HSBC in London and Düsseldorf.

Tim lives in London with his wife and two sons. He is a keen linguist and also enjoys endurance sport.
